Warner Bros. Moves Forward on DEATHSTROKE Solo Movie Starring Joe Manganiello

Originally, actor Joe Manganiello was set to be Slade Wilson (a.k.a. Deathstroke) in the next BATMAN solo movie. But when directing duties changed hands, the script was also getting a Page 1 re-write. This left Manganiello uncertain as to what would become of his Deathstroke role.

His future for this role is looking bright now that The Hollywood Reporter says Warner Bros. is moving forward with a DEATHSTROKE solo movie starring Manganiello. 

Also being reported is that the studio is in early talks with director Gareth Evans (THE RAID) to write and helm the project.

No release date is set as this is the first time hearing about a solo movie for the villain being developed.
