Actor David Harbour Joins the Cast of Marvel's BLACK WIDOW

Marvel Studios may not have officially announced it yet, but they are definitely moving toward the start of production this summer on the Scarlett Johansson-led BLACK WIDOW movie.

Joining her will be STRANGER THINGS and HELLBOY actor David Harbour in an undisclosed role, per The Hollywood Reporter. Also added to the cast list is actress Florence Pugh in a role said to be opposite of Johansson's Natasha Romanoff as potentially the villain (or one of the villains) of the film.

Not much is known about BLACK WIDOW, but THR writes the following:

"Plot details are being kept behind the Iron Curtain, but it will be an internationally set story centering on Natasha Romanoff, a spy and assassin who grew up being trained by the KGB before breaking from their grasp and becoming an agent of SHIELD and Avenger."

No release date has been set, yet.
