The X-MEN movie has found its Angel, per Deadline."Asa Germann, known for his roles in superhero series Gen V and horror hit Scream 7, is in final talks for a high flying key role in Marvel Studios’ X-Men revival.
"Much of the cast has already been revealed as Marvel has been meeting and reading and testing actors throughout the summer. The roll call already includes Sadie Sink (Jean Grey), Kit Connor (Cyclops), Christopher Abbott (Prof. X), Samara Weaving (Emma Frost), Inde Navarrette (Rogue) and Maya Boyd (Storm). Adam Driver is also among the cast as the villain Mr. Sinister[...]
"[...]Germann was among those who was up for the role of Cyclops. Connor nabbed that role but the Kevin Feige-led studio was impressed enough with Germann that they offered him the part of Warren Worthington III, aka Angel."
X-MEN will release in theaters on May 5, 2028.
