Seems Safe to Assume INCREDIBLES 2 Will Get a Sequel as it Crosses $1 Billion Worldwide

Disney and Pixar's INCREDIBLES 2 has achieved a box office milestone as it has surpassed the $1 billion worldwide mark — $1.005B to be exact, via THR. It is only the third Pixar movie to reach $1 billion joining TOY STORY 3 ($1.06B) and FINDING DORY ($1.02B).

Honestly, it's a bit shocking that INCREDIBLES 2 is only the third Pixar movie to hit this feat and it is also trending to become Pixar's highest grossing film of all-time as the total by TOY STORY 3 is quite attainable right now.

INCREDIBLES 2 is the third Disney-owned film to make over $1 billion at the box office in 2018 joining BLACK PANTHER ($1.3B) and AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR ($2.04B).

As the headline speculates, it seems obvious now Pixar will look into developing a sequel to INCREDIBLES 2 as fans obviously love this franchise and would love to see more adventures with the Parr family. Let's just hope it doesn't take 14 years to see a continuation of the Incredibles franchise.
