Marvel's DOCTOR STRANGE Villain is Someone You Probably Have Never Heard of Before

A confirmation has finally come to light as to which villain will face-off against Benedict Cumberbatch's Dr. Stephen Strange in Marvel's DOCTOR STRANGE. We've already known that actor Mads Mikkelsen is playing the role of the film's main antagonist and he is Kaecilius.

This has been confirmed by ComicBook, via the first issue of 'Marvel's DOCTOR STRANGE Prelude' comic book which is available on Comixology right now.

The prequel comic reveals Kaecilius is a powerful sorcerer and fights alongside Wong and other Masters due to events that occur in the comic book.

What isn't shown, or known yet, is what is up with Kaecilius' eyes. In the above comic book images, via Marvel, his eyes are normal, but in the close-up set photos embedded below they are dark and evil looking.

DOCTOR STRANGE releases stateside on November 4.
