SPIDER-MAN - Tom Holland is in Berlin For More Filming and His Name is Added to the CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR Main Cast List

It appears what was once rumored to simply be an introduction cameo is becoming a much larger intro for Spider-Man into the Marvel Cinematic Universe via CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR. Spider-Man was filming some scenes in Atlanta during San Diego Comic-Con, in July. But now actor Tom Holland has been seen in Berlin which is where Civil War is currently filming.

And add to this the fact that at Disney's D23 Expo last weekend, Holland's name was officially added to the main cast list for Civil War. Here's the updated main cast list from the D23 Expo press release with Holland's name bolded:

The movie stars Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Emily VanCamp, Don Cheadle, Jeremy Renner, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Rudd, Frank Grillo, Tom Holland, with William Hurt and Daniel Brühl. Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” is directed by Anthony & Joe Russo and produced by Kevin Feige. Louis D’Esposito, Alan Fine, Victoria Alonso, Patricia Whitcher, Nate Moore and Stan Lee serve as executive producers and the screenplay is by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely. Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War” opens on May 6, 2016.

Finally, the Atlanta news station 11 Alive has a report stating that a local prop house has provided items to allegedly fill Parker's bedroom in Civil War.

A little more Spider-Man is never a bad thing and it looks like fans are getting just that.
