SDCC 2015: Jesse Eisenberg Confirms He'll be at Comic-Con and Talks up BATMAN V. SUPERMAN Writer

Lex Luthor is going to be in the building at the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con International next month. This was confirmed by the actor, Jesse Eisenberg, himself when asked (by Collider) if he would attend SDCC next month.

“I’ll be there…I think I’m there for the hour I’m on the stage.”

This makes sense seeing as how Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment are expected to bring everything they have to SDCC since Marvel Studios is not attending the event. Eisenberg's confirmation of his presence suggests the main cast of BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE could very well be taking the stage in Hall H.

Could this mean other future JUSTICE LEAGUE members like Jason Momoa could also be at Comic-Con next month since Aquaman, among other heroes, will reportedly have cameos in the film? Perhaps.

Eisenberg then spoke about the script of BATMAN V. SUPERMAN.

“I like what this writer does, this guy Chris Terrio. He wrote this movie we did and I just think he’s so great. He’s such a good writer. I like what he does with characters, I like what he does with wordplay and cleverness. I like anything he writes.”

Even though he doesn't reveal much at all this is a telling sign that Terrio may have rewritten more of David S. Goyer's original script than anyone thought. Terrio was brought in at the request of Ben Affleck for some script work and the amount of re-writes he did on the script was unknown. Although Eisenberg's comments imply a lot was indeed changed.

BATMAN V. SUPERMAN releases on March 25, 2016.
