Marvel's Phase 3 Production Timeline For DOCTOR STRANGE, SPIDER-MAN, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 & THOR: RAGNAROK

This time next year, Marvel Studios will be in the production cycle for three films at the same time for the first time in the studios' history. Studio head Kevin Feige broke down the start of Phase 3's production schedule to Collider.

“We literally just crossed the halfway mark of Civil War last week, it’s day 42 or 43 of 80. We start filming Doctor Strange in London in November. We start shooting Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2 in February-March [2016]. We start filming Thor: Ragnarok and Spider-Man around the same time, around June of next year.”

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 is confirmed to film at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta and it can be assumed that SPIDER-MAN might film in Atlanta next summer. THOR: RAGNAROK will most likely film in the U.K. since its previous two films also shot there.

CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR releases on May 6, 2016.

DOCTOR STRANGE is out on November 4, 2016.

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 hits theaters on May 5, 2017.

[Untitled] SPIDER-MAN movie releases on July 28, 2017.

THOR: RAGNAROK is in theaters on November 3, 2017.
