We live in Robert Downey Jr. and Marvel Studios' world right now and this appears to be exactly where both of them want their fans right now. The actor has been talking fans into a dizzying haze of confusion about Iron Man 4 starting right before the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con International, this past July.
Whether it's his optimistic talk of a possible return for Iron Man 4 or saying another Iron Man solo movie is not being planned, Downey and Marvel have fans in the palm of their hands. Maybe this is all set-up for this weekend's 2014 New York Comic Con for a big reveal, or maybe it's not. But one thing is certain and it's that the fan base is very, very confused right now.
