Is a Portion of Ultron's Origin Being Revealed in CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER via Drone Tech?

Before we get too deep into this discussion, please remember that there's more theory and speculation to this post than anything else. Now that that's out of the way, in the latest issue of Empire Magazine there are some new pieces of information about Captain America: The Winter Solider which are highly intriguing.

The most important bit of info is the reveal that SHIELD is using drones for surveillance. This could be seen as a big reveal since Captain America: The Winter Soldier is being referred to as the link between The Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron.

Many rumors say Tony Stark may be the creator of the Avengers' next villain. Or Stark's digital assistant JARVIS goes rogue. Or the Soul Stone could have a part in the origin story of Ultron. This piece of info from the Cap sequel is by far the most intriguing.

Regardless of what you may have previously believed, it seems like SHIELD may now have a part in the creation of Ultron. In Iron Man 2, viewers were first introduced to drone technology of HAMMER and Whiplash's designs. It sounds like SHIELD may have adapted some of this drone tech into their own daily use now.

Drone tech is used in real life right now but having a man-operated machine robot is a logical step toward explaining Ultron's origin (or part of his origin). Or maybe it's coincidence.

We will have to wait until the next trailer, which is rumored to be coming during the Super Bowl in February, to learn more about Captain America: The Winter Soldier and the potential connection it has to Avengers: Age of Ultron.
