Don't panic. Robert Downey Jr. has sustained an ankle injury while performing a stunt on the set of Iron Man 3. Production has halted in order to give the actor some time to rest and regain his health and strength in his ankle before filming starts up again.

Per a Marvel Studios official release regarding the incident (via SuperHero Hype):

"Robert Downey Jr. sustained an ankle injury on the set of Iron Man 3 in Wilmington, North Carolina while performing a stunt. There will be a short delay in the production schedule while he recuperates."

This small delay should not seriously effect the production schedule or May 3, 2013 release of Iron Man 3 at all.
