In a shocking bit of news that most likely would've been revealed in about two weeks at San Diego Comic-Con 2023 if Marvel Studios hadn't pulled out of the International convention a few weeks ago.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, actress Jennifer Garner will be reprising her role as Elektra from the 2003 DAREDEVIL movie that also starred Ben Affleck in the lead role. Garner will return as the character in next year's DEADPOOL 3.

"...Her involvement in Deadpool 3 hints at some sort of multiverse angle to the film that has long been rumored, and it is possible that other characters from Marvel films made by Fox could pop up. But this being Deadpool, one can’t rule out some meta, self-awareness either."
DEADPOOL 3 releases on May 3, 2024.
