Actress Gal Gadot has officially announced the sequel to WONDER WOMAN will be pushed back seven months from November 1, 2019 to a new release date on June 5, 2020. She tweeted the following:

Warner Bros. said the following:
"We had tremendous success releasing the first Wonder Woman film during the summer so when we saw an opportunity to take advantage of the changing competitive landscape, we did. This move lands the film exactly where it belongs.”
This leaves actor Joaquin Phoenix's JOKER origin movie and SHAZAM! as the two DC super hero movies to be released in 2019.
