SHAZAM! is the next addition to the DC Extended Universe and filming has begun, as director David F. Sandberg has shared the following image on his Instagram account.
The short version of the SHAZAM! story is as follows: a boy named Billy Baston has the power to transform into one of the most powerful heroes simply be saying the word, "SHAZAM!". It is an acronym of Solomon, Hercules, Atlas, Zeus, Achilles, and Mercury.
SHAZAM! releases on April 5, 2019.
