Director Matthew Vaughn Confirms Talks For MAN OF STEEL 2

Director Matthew Vaughn is no stranger to the big budget super hero movie genre as he directed X-MEN: FIRST CLASS. Since then, he's brought both KINGSMAN films to theaters and is planning a third. But before the third installment, he told HeyUGuys that he has had talks about being involved in MAN OF STEEL 2.

“I am planning another Kingman [sic], I’ve written the treatment and some of the scenes…I don’t know what I’m going to do next but I have had chats about Superman, I love Superman."

This confirms a report from earlier this year, in March, claiming Warner Bros. was targeting Vaughn for the Superman sequel.

Superman will next be seen in JUSTICE LEAGUE on November 17.
