EXCLUSIVE! Artist Rendition of the AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR Thanos Moment in the SDCC 2017 and D23 Expo Footage

San Diego, Cali. -- Comic-Con 2017 has come and gone and over the past two weeks DailySuperHero.com has been in Southern California. First, covering Disney's D23 Expo in Anaheim and then driving south to cover Comic-Con.

While we were at the D23 Expo, Marvel Studios first debuted footage from AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR and in the final moments of that footage Thanos is seen wearing his Infinity Gauntlet glove with only two Infinity Stones in it. He reaches up toward what appeared to be an alien moon and he used his power to crack the moon and throw shards of it toward the audience in a form of an attack on the Avengers. Those shards became fiery balls as they rained down and came toward the audience right before the footage cut to black.

Marvel Studios, then, brought this same footage to their Hall H presentation at SDCC 2017.

We connected online with artist Sean Kotnik (IG: @seankotnik) and I told him as many details as I could remember from that moment and he put together his rendition of it in his art piece below...

It seems that Marvel will make fans who were not inside the presentations at D23 or SDCC 2017 wait before catching a glimpse of this moment. But until then, you can use this as a visual guard to the grand power Thanos will be wielding as he faces Earth's Mightiest Heroes.

AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR releases in the U.S. on May 4, 2018.
