First Treatment For ANT-MAN AND THE WASP Has Been Handed in to Marvel Studios

Marvel Studios is a busy moviemaking machine and lost in all the recent hype surrounding DOCTOR STRANGE, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2, SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING, THOR: RAGNAROK, AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR, BLACK PANTHER and CAPTAIN MARVEL is their littlest-biggest sequel, ANT-MAN AND THE WASP.

While speaking with Entertainment Tonight, actor and writer Paul Rudd gave an update on the sequel.

“We’ve been coming up with the story, just turned in a treatment, but it’s so preliminary. We’ll see. We have an idea of what it might look like but it could change a lot from where we’re at now.”

Back in June, director Peyton Reed teased Scott Lang after the events of CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR as well as his excitement in giving Hope van Dyne a larger role in the sequel as the Wasp, since she's co-headlining the movie in its title.

ANT-MAN AND THE WASP releases on July 6, 2018.
