After BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE released in theater last March, Lex Luthor actor Jesse Eisenberg did not know if he would reprise his role in JUSTICE LEAGUE. Several changes by Warner Bros. to the DC Extended Universe creative braintrust later and it seems like some script changes have taken place bringing Lex Luthor into the fold in the DC ensemble movie.
At the MCM London Comic Con, via DigitalSpy, Eisenberg took the stage and confirmed he will appear in JUSTICE LEAGUE.
The actor did not say how big of a role he will have so he may just have a small appearance or perhaps a quick cameo. Events have been set into motion by Lex Luthor starting in BATMAN V. SUPERMAN and will continue to be felt in JUSTICE LEAGUE.
JUSTICE LEAGUE is currently filming in London and releases on November 7, 2017.
