HAN SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY is Hinted to be Nearing the Start of Principle Photography

Everything is coming up Star Wars today because, well, it's Star Wars Day. On Twitter, co-director of HAN SOLO: A STAR WARS STORY Chris Miller posted a teaser image of Han's iconic blaster and the implication here is that he and his directing collaborator Phil Lord are preparing to begin principle photography very soon. (Sure it's a bit of a leap in assuming this, but it's not an illogical leap either.)

Now, fans just need to know who will be filling the shoes of Harrison Ford to play a much younger version of the smug smuggler. Only a little bit is known about the HAN SOLO spin-off movie except it will show a young Han becoming the notorious smuggler fans know him to be, his origin meeting story with Chewbacca and the movie will take place sometime after the events of STAR WARS EPISODE III: REVENGE OF THE SITH but before the events of STAR WARS: A NEW HOPE.
