Listen to Kevin Smith Read a Daily SuperHero Post on His Fatman on Batman Podcast

The Internet can be an amazing place especially when a celebrity like writer/director Kevin Smith catches wind of a post you wrote and then uses it during a live podcast taping. This is exactly what happened last week with one of The Daily SuperHero's posts, but first, let's backtrack for a moment to get you up to speed on how this went down.

Last week after Smith saw BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE for the first time he commented how the movie had "no heart." Two days later he saw the movie a second time, shared his opinion a second time and his opinion changed. Thus, The Daily SuperHero called into question his sudden 180-degree turn in opinion. (See the post links below.)

Smith, then, saw our post online and read it aloud to the crowd at The Filmore in Detroit during a taping of his Fatman on Batman podcast. In all fairness, The Daily SuperHero made the first move and Smith retorted by making fun of it; which is actually considered an honor in the eyes of many who are familiar with Smith's work, humor and his Q&A sessions.

The podcast embed is below and if you want to jump right to the part about The Daily SuperHero then tune-in around the 1-hour and 20-minute mark.

There is no such thing as bad press and I won't be opening the front door if he's knocking on it.
