Cool Quicksilver Commercial For X-MEN: APOCALYPSE is Set in the Wrong Time Period

X-MEN: APOCALYPSE is based in the 80s and a new promotional campaign for Sky Fibre shows Quicksilver doing his cool speed thing while everyone else is in slow motion for the high speed UK Internet company.

So the X-Men have Internet, slim laptops and tablets in the mid-80s?

Sorry but I have to nitpick on this promo because Fox's marketing team was so brilliantly on-point with DEADPOOL and this is a miss in the overall scheme of things since the time period is off. Yes, I know it's petty nitpicking but it bothers me nevertheless. Not only that but the song choice brings up thoughts of and the want to go and watch GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY now. You're better than this Fox marketing team, I digress.

X-MEN: APOCALYPSE releases on May 27.
