Last we heard about Fox's development on a NEW MUTANTS movie was back in October by writer Josh Boone, who took to social media to confirm his first draft of a script was complete. Boone has been quick and efficient getting to his first completed draft as it was only back in May 2015 when Fox announced he would develop the project.
It seems like Fox is keen on making NEW MUTANTS a reality as a newly revealed image of Negasonic Teenage Warhead in DEADPOOL, has been released by Empire, and she is wearing a suit that is similar to one the New Mutants wore in the comics. See for yourself...
Empire writes: "...Brianna Hildebrand does sport the odd bit of colour as Deadpool's surly compadre - and yes, that is indeed a New Mutants uniform..."
Wonder if Boone has a new update on his NEW MUTANTS progress soon.
Anyway, Empire also released an image of a beaten up Angel Dust.
