Fox's NEW MUTANTS Development is Moving Along Nicely as Josh Boone Confirms First Script Draft is Complete



In May, news broke that Fox was developing an X-Men spin-off movie featuring the NEW MUTANTS. The project is currently being developed by Josh Boone, who has now confirmed the first draft of the script is finished.




This comes just under two months after Boone shared a work-in-progress image of all the pages for the NEW MUTANTS script (post link below). So this sounds like it is progressing along nicely.

Next step... share the draft with producers and Fox executives, make changes, delete things, add new stuff and then write the next revised script draft. Rinse and repeat... until it gets a green light from the studio.
