The mask looks to be gone as well as the eye shadow and guyliner as Bucky Barnes seems to have cleaned himself up in CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR. The red star is still on the shoulder of his bionic arm so it is not known if he got an upgrade there, but here's his updated look in the new movie.
