The Iron Patriot name has been junked after the events of IRON MAN 3. Rightfully so since it didn't help when the Iron Patriot armor was stolen and kidnapped the President of the United States. So James Rhodes went back to the War Machine name and color scheme for the final battle of AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON. This continues in CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR with some suit upgrades, probably courtesy of Tony Stark since Rhodes is on Team Iron Man.
