Rumor: Could the New SPIDER-MAN Movie Suit Have Underarm Webbing?

Marvel Studios and Sony have settled on the SPIDER-MAN suit in the MCU. This is not the rumor being reported in this post because this is fact. Several months ago studio head Kevin Feige confirmed to CraveOnline the next SPIDER-MAN suit has been completed.

"...[W]e’ve already designed the costume, which is different than any of the ones that have come before. And yet ours is classic Spidey, as I think you’ll see."

What a new source has told The Daily SuperHero is about a current rumor heard in some Hollywood circles claiming the suit may have underarm webbing like it did in its original look. Again, this is a new source giving this information and it is nothing more than rumor right now. But it's also too juicy to not share.

The original Spider-Man suit from the 60s had underarm webbing (image below) and, coincidentally, the next comic book Spider-Man suit coming this fall post-Secret Wars event has brought back the underarm webbing (image above).

On a related rumor note, which hasn't been posted on the website here but has been posted to Twitter, The Daily SuperHero has heard rumblings that there is a chance the first homemade Spider-Man suit in the MCU could mirror that of the Scarlet Spider suit in the comics. Again, just another juicy rumor in need of sharing.

Editorial Note: No matter what other websites, blogs, media people and social media users say about The Daily SuperHero's sources and insiders, I've been more than honest and transparent in all of my scoops and rumor posts (click here to see my track record). I have nothing to hide because credibility is more important than passing some wild rumor off as fact, as some places like to do. The contents of this post is pure rumor and shouldn't be taken as anything more than a device for debate and discussion only. Maybe this info becomes truth, maybe not. If it does become truth, then I'll take these source's info with a little more optimism.
