Due to an existing licensing deal Marvel had with Universal Studios (pre-Disney ownership) for their Marvel Super Hero Island at Universal's Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Disney cannot use any Marvel characters inside of their Orlando theme parks. However, this does not affect Disney's California theme parks.

At Disney's California Adventure, a new Marvel display went up displaying the ANT-MAN suit from the movie and a Reddit user shared close-ups of the suit.
ANT-MAN releases in theaters on July 17, 2015.
