Multiple Sources Hint BATMAN V. SUPERMAN is Moving to Night Shoots in September and BATMAN Might Show Up Too

Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice has been filming in Detroit for several months now. Lots of on location fan photos have hit the web revealing pretty much everything except actor Ben Affleck in his Batman suit. While the movie's base of operations is located at the Michigan Motion Picture Studios complex, scenes have been filmed throughout the Greater Detroit Area and this fall some filming will reportedly happen in Chicago and rural Illinois as well.

Hinted by one of The Daily SuperHero's production sources, most Batman v. Superman filming locations in the Detroit area will take place at night in the month of September. So if you're looking to stalk scout some filming locations this month, make sure you're ready to stay up late because it was also hinted by another source that Batman might make an appearance during one (or more) of these late night shoots.

If you're in the Detroit area and want to be that first person who captures Affleck as Batman, these next few weeks might be your best chance at landing that highly anticipated set photo. Unfortunately no further details, or location info, was provided so this is more of a potential lead for filming shoots this month than an actual scoop.

UPDATE: Per MLive.com: "A Warner Bros. representative tole MLive.com in an email that details about [Batman v. Superman] and its locations being used in Metro Detroit won't be publicly revealed."

Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice releases in March 25, 2016.

Editor Note: There's a fine line categorizing a lead and a scoop but my journalism prof. will appreciate the clarity.  :)
