Now it seems that an image has leaked (sourced from TFW2005.com via ACToys) showing what the Dinobot leader may look like in his Tyrannosaurus Rex mode. Also, a video was filmed from the Hong Kong set of the film showing extras running scared and what sounds like it is Grimlock's roar at the end of the video.

In this video, you can also hear sound effects of something transforming so there's definitely a possibility this is when Grimlock transforms into his dinosaur mode.
