THOR: THE DARK WORLD Trailer Shows New Footage, Teases Epic Malekith Battle and More

How convenient was it that Disney owns both ABC and Marvel and aired a brand new Thor: The Dark World trailer during the premiere episode of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.? It was an obvious marketing strategy every Marvel fan should have expected during Tuesday night's pilot. Walt Disney himself created this type of strategy which is also referred to as Disney Synergy.

The newest trailer to the Thor sequel shows more magic and more of the epic battle between the protagonist and Malekith the Accursed. Speaking of Malekith, there still wasn't anything new and juicy shown about him so he remains to be one of the, if not the, biggest mystery in Thor: The Dark World right now.
