One of the best kept secrets in Hollywood right now is any and all information about director J.J. Abrams' Star Trek sequel, which is due in theaters on May 17, 2013.

That is until now.

According to ComingSoon.net, the sequel will be titled Star Trek Into Darkness. Paramount has just registered for the domain names StarTrekIntoDarkness.com and StarTrekIntoDarknessMovie.com as well. This movie title has also been reportedly confirmed by Star Trek website, TrekMovie.com too.

No further details have been made available and info on any Abrams film project is rare anyway. Let the plot speculation begin!
