A Captain America 2 official theatrical release date was recently set for April 4, 2014 and as The Avengers actors are on their promotional press tours, questions about future sequels are coming out from all angles.
Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige spoke to The Huffington Post about the next Captain America movie and who Cap's new sidekick will be—since he has traditionally has had a sidekick in many of his comics.
"It is interesting that you ask that question," Feige said in response to a question about Cap's next sidekick. "And I'm not going to give you an answer. But I will give you kudos for pointing that out and recognizing that."
Brief and not really giving anything away but the fact Feige noted the interviewer asked that question makes this journalist believe Falcon could indeed be written into the script of Captain America's next big screen adventure.
