Chris Pratt to Return as Star-Lord in THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER

Very soon, cameras will start rolling on Taika Waititi's sequel to THOR: RAGNAROK, THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER.

So it makes sense for new casting announcements to start rolling in.

The Hollywood Reporter had the scoop first, in their Heat Vision newsletter, on a big addition to the Thor movie in none other than actor Chris Pratt's Peter Quill, a.k.a. Star-Lord. 

Variety as since corroborated and adds:

"Vin Diesel, who voices the lovable plant-like alien Groot in the 'Guardians' franchise, teased to Comicbook.com in March that the cosmic team would be incorporated in 'Thor: Love and Thunder.'"

Diesel's teases implies Pratt may not be the only GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY cast member joining the Thor movie. So fans may get the 'Asgardians of the Galaxy' after all.

THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER releases on February 11, 2022.
