It would be nice to get some feeling of normalcy in 2021, but that seems like it could be a stretch for the biggest conventions and expos of 2021 now that Disney has made the first move.
Disney has delayed their planned 2021 D23 Expo until the following year.

Honestly, and this is just one guy's opinion right now, this makes having an optimistic outlook for San Diego Comic-Con International 2021 a bit less positive.
I guess I hope that things can feel more like normal in 2022...
