The Disney and Fox deal is done and while DARK PHOENIX is still getting a release this summer, that seems to be the end for Fox's X-Men Universe films. (The only exception seems to be the DEADPOOL movies which will continue as-is, per Disney CEO Bob Iger.)
According to NEW MUTANTS actress Maisie Williams, who was cast as Wolfsbane, the reshoots to make the movie a bit more scarier have not happened. This comes from an interview with Rolling Stone where Williams vented some of her frustrations about NEW MUTANTS and its constant delays in releasing:
"Who knows when the f*** that’s gonna come out."
If reshoots have not happened then Disney may scrap the entire film project so probably never, Maisie.
