If you do not want to know a possible spoiler about AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR — since it doesn't come out for a full year — then you should just stop right now and close out this post. The image on E!News shows actor Paul Bettany as what appears to be a human version of Vision kissing Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch. And yeah, you read that right... Vision is human.
This is not Bettany in motion capture performance, since he is not wearing a mo-cap suit, and he is not wearing any Vision makeup either. Also, if he is a human version of Vision, then he does not have the Mind Stone in his forehead. This could imply that once Thanos removes the Mind Stone from Vision's head, he becomes human. Or this is a result of Thanos using the Reality Stone on Both Vision and Scarlet Witch giving placing them into a alternate reality where Vision is human. Although, these are just our guess since there is no definitive explanation for this set photo. See the photo below in E!News' tweet embed.

In the end, the most simplest answer could be the correct one and it might be nothing more than a rehearsal the photog mistook for a live take. Nobody outside of the production knows.
