There's Already an Interesting Theory as to Why SPIDER-MAN Can Control His Eye Movement While in His Suit

***This post may contain a spoilers for CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR. You've been warned.***

Spider-Man is finally in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the Internet can't stop talking about his reveal in the new CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR trailer. In fact, there's already a rumor/thoery report over on Reddit from user SpurBandit, who works for a person who saw an early test screening of the movie.

Specifically, this rumor/theory claims the reason Spider-Man can control his eye movement in his suit is because (a.) Tony Stark made the suit for him and (b.) it's a way for Peter Parker to control his, at times, overwhelming Spider-Sense.

"I've read a fair share of Spider-Man comics, especially the modern ones. I don't qualify as an "expert" but as far as I can remember this is an idea thought up for the movie and not based in any comic. The only costumes I could think of that might have had a similar concept would be one of his Big Time costumes but I don't remember that being the case.
"I work for someone who's seen an advanced screening through the company we work for and I managed to claw out some Spider-Man information from him. I wouldn't believe me either if I were you, but just figured others would want to know what he told me.
"I know this will get buried from the hype, but the eyes moving for Spider-Man is created specifically for Peter by Tony because his abilities give him sensory overload and its the only way for him to process all of the information.
"[Question:] What about when he's not wearing the spiderman outfit? [Answer:] Obviously he can still see and all that without the fancy goggles, but it helps hone his powers. I haven't seen the movie personally I'm just passing along second-hand information from someone who has and that was the way he described it to me.
"[Question:] What did your friend think of the movie?? [Answer:] He's more of a Star Wars fan than a Marvel movie fan so he tends to be a little more critical than the rest of us there who eat this shit up. His two favorite Marvel movies are the first Avengers and Winter Soldier and he said Civil War is easily his new favorite of the bunch. He also said they could have called it Avengers: Civil War or even just Avengers 3 and no one would've thought any differently. He said to believe the hype about it being Marvel's best movie to date."

And if you're excepting the Iron Spider suit, it's supposedly  not happening.

Interesting, for sure, although nothing is certain until we get a chance to see the movie.
