AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR - Joe Russo Confirms Cleveland as Potential Filming Location

Wizard World Cleveland is happening this weekend and during Anthony and Joe Russo's panel with the Greater Cleveland Film Commission, Joe confirmed to the crowd that Cleveland is being considered as a possible filming location for AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR.

Nothing has been set in stone for Infinity War locations outside of its production base at Pinewood Studios Atlanta — and the two Infinity War films will shoot concurrently — but the city is officially on the locations list (again) at Marvel Studios.

The Russos shot the majority of CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER in Cleveland in 2013 and a return to the directors' home city could be in the cards again. Cleveland has been a home to Marvel films including: The Winter Soldier, SPIDER-MAN 3 and THE AVENGERS.

Infinity War Part I and II will begin production sometime in the 4th quarter this year.
