Yes There is a DEADPOOL Post Credits Scene

This post DOES NOT contain spoilers for DEADPOOL.

Yesterday at DEADPOOL special preview events in New York and L.A., fans were treated to a surprise screening of the full movie. (You can read more about that here.) And it was confirmed there is indeed a post-credits scene.

This isn't the first time hearing about DEADPOOL having a post-credits scene. Back on November, writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick spoke to Collider about having an end tag to the movie.

“There is a post credit thing that if hopefully comes together, It’s gonna be phenomenal. We’re planning it. It’s one of those ones that’s gonna require some doing, so it may not come together, and if so, I don’t know, we’ll either do a plan be or none at all. I think we should have one, I mean, we really feel like we should have one.”

Having an end credits scene should not surprise because, just as Marvel Studios does, Fox has incorporated it into their recent movie releases too. Let's just hope it involves Hugh Jackman as Wolverine so he can be seen on the big screen alongside the real Deadpool just once before he retires from the role next year.

Now comes the struggle to stay away from DEADPOOL spoilers online and on social media. So please... no spoilers sent this way. Thank you.

DEADPOOL releases on February 12, 2016.
