AGENT CARTER Season 2 Premiere Primer and Sneak Peek Clip

After months of waiting, the premiere of Season 2 of AGENT CARTER is right around the corner. Tuesday, January 19 kicks off with a Captain America television special at 8 p.m. Eastern, on ABC, celebrating the 75 years of Cap's adventures in comic books and the movies with special appearances.

The two-hour premiere of AGENT CARTER follows the Cap documentary with Peggy Carter taking over the West Coast when the newly appointed Director Daniel Sousa, who now heads up the Los Angeles division of the SSR requests her help hunting a down a killer. She will soon learn the depth of this mystery and how the strange murder leads to her discovering corruption within the SSR itself.

Sousa is only the first of her allies that Peggy will see in California. She will partner up with Edwin Jarvis who is there with Howard Stark, who decides to use his riches to launch a film studio. Because why not?

Peggy's old friends are not the only familiar faces she will see with Dottie Underwood making an appearance this season. Will she team-up with the new big bad Madam Masque? Or will she come looking for Peggy on her own?

The finale of Season 1 of AGENT CARTER found Peggy finally at peace with Steve Rogers' death and confident in herself and her abilities. A simple quote sums up her growth, “I know my value.” She will definitely need to rely on her skills now as she braves the new world of Los Angeles.

Here's a sneak peek of the season premiere and an intriguing new character, Bernard.
