NYCC 2015: Hasbro Rebrands Marvel Infinite 3.75 Inch Action Figure Line as MARVEL LEGENDS SERIES

NEW YORK, NY -- Wednesday, at the pre-NYCC 'T'was the Night Before' event, Hasbro revealed they are rebranding their 3.75-inch Marvel Infinite Series action figure line as Marvel Legends Series. This is the same branding the 6-inch action figure line has had since its days when Marvel Legends figures were made by Toy Biz not Hasbro. Hence some confusion may occur about the rebranding.

Previously, the 3.75-inch line was branded their Marvel Universe action figure line and it's only been called Marvel Infinite Series for about two years now. If Hasbro wanted to create confusion among Marvel collectors, then job well done, however this does line up with Hasbro's linear branding for their Star Wars Black Series 3.75- and 6-inch figure lines.

Anyway, here's official glamour shots from Hasbro for the first wave of the newly rebranded Marvel Legends Series 3.75-inch action figure line which includes: Yondu, Captain Marvel, Spider-Man Noir, Triton, Ulik and Iron Man Mark I.

And here's an glimpse at the new packaging...
