BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: Fortune's Viral Lex Luthor Article Reveals He's a 'Jr.' and Details His Rise at LexCorp

Fortune.com has published a viral article featuring the fictional billionaire Lex Luthor and the story of his rise to power at LexCorp in the DC Extended Universe. Appearing in BATMAN V. SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE might be just the beginning for actor Jesse Eisenberg and his role as Lex Luthor could encompass more than just this one DCEU film.

In Fortune's article there are a few quick things to note.

Lex Luthor is actually 'Lex Luthor Jr.' and he inherited LexCorp from his father. The younger Luthor is 31 and his father unexpectedly passed away in 2000 when his son was 16. The younger Luthor then built LexCorp into the second leading tech company, only behind Wayne Enterprises.

Plus, there's a teaser name drop for Kord Industries. If you're a DC comic reader you know this is an Easter Egg for the Blue Beetle.

Finally, in the faux Fortune post, there are hints of bigger threats. What those could be will remain a mystery until more is revealed when BATMAN V. SUPERMAN releases in theaters on March 25, 2016.
