Josh Brolin Doesn't Know Exactly When THANOS Shows Up Next But Says He's "Bringing the Wrath"

Phase 2 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe came to a close with ANT-MAN and now Marvel Studios moves into its Phase 3 slate of films. In Phase 3 there is not one but two Avengers films as AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR is being split into two parts. This is being done to showcase the assumed climatic battle of what has been built up in Phase 1 and 2 which is Thanos' pursuit of the six Infinity Stones.

In the credits scene of AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON, Thanos is seen putting on the Infinity Gauntlet glove sans any stones and he is fed up with his so-called help to acquire the stone and he is ready to begin his pursuit for them in Phase 3. Actor Josh Brolin has teased Thanos' anger by telling MTV News, "I'm bringing the wrath." But Brolin isn't sure (right now) as it which film Thanos will appear in next.

“I don’t know which one I’m in [next]. That’s a Kevin Feige question. I know the trajectory of what they’re doing, but I don’t know exactly which one I’m in.”

Obviously, Thanos will be in AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR, Part I and II but it's a mystery as to where else the villain could appear. Perhaps he could cameo in DOCTOR STRANGE and logic states he could appear briefly in GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 — so he can grab the Orb from the Nova Corps and/or grab the Aether from The Collector — as well and possibly show up in THOR: RAGNAROK to grab the Tesseract from the Asgard Vault.

While Brolin may not be sure of his next appearance, it seems like Thanos will get plenty of cameos showing him collecting all the Infinity Stones prior to Infinity War. Hopefully Vision finds out (sooner than later) he has a target on his head... literally.
