CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR Rumor Regarding SPIDER-MAN Screen Time

This post may contain spoilers for CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR even though they are unconfirmed and should be considered rumor right now.

Over at the website Birth.Movies.Death, their sources tell them there will be a lot more SPIDER-MAN in Civil War than most expected. Initially, per Sony email leaks, it was allegedly going to be a quick 'Hi, I'm Spider-Man!' type of cameo but it seems a bit more substantial than a simple hello.

B.M.D. writes:

"How many scenes will Spider-Man be in? I don't know the exact number, but sources have recently made it clear to me that there's more Spider-Man in this movie than I expected. Spider-Man doesn't just swing by and say hi - gets his hands dirty in this Civil War. He fights. And his fight scene might be the one that really gets fandom excited - not because of how top tier the face-off will be, but because of how profoundly dorky and unlike any other big screen superhero fight it will be.
"So for the record: Peter Parker will have a cameo, while Spider-Man will have a few scenes and at least one fight that will be jockeying for a spot on the best superhero battles ever list."

Who could Spider-Man fight that fans could nerd out over? Initially I thought Hulk, but Mark Ruffalo hasn't been confirmed for Civil War. Although he is rumored to appear and a Spider-Man vs. Hulk fight scene would get everyone who has a heartbeat excited.

A little more Spider-Man in Civil War isn't a bad thing even if Steve Rogers has to lose a little of the spotlight in his own movie. CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR releases on May 6, 2016.
