Did Director Scott Derrickson Tease the DOCTOR STRANGE Movie Costume But in LEGO Form?

DOCTOR STRANGE director Scott Derrickson teased "concept art" of the Sorcerer Supreme in early June on his Twitter account... albeit in LEGO form. Check it out.

First of all, I understand that using ANY movie merch can be misleading — I'll never forget this scene in IRON MAN 3 in LEGO form (sarcasm) — but this is no version of Doctor Strange's costume that I've ever seen before in the comics. And it's not the same version that will be in his new post-Secret Wars comic book series starting this fall either.

While I'm optimistic this could be the movie version of his costume in LEGO form, it could also be fan art.

Regardless, this is something to share and it is definitely intriguing because concept art for movie merchandise does find its footing during the development period of a film.
