Channing Tatum Confirms GAMBIT Will Not be in X-MEN: APOCALYPSE

There's been rumors stating there is a chance actor Channing Tatum could be introduced as Gambit in X-MEN: APOCALYPSE. This would come prior to his debut as the Cajun mutant in 2016's GAMBIT solo movie. The actor put this rumor to rest today.

During a Reddit AMA with fans, Tatum was asked if he'll be in the next X-Men movie and he confirmed he will not. (Shout out to @WTFItsCiaran on Twitter for bringing this to my attention.)

There you have it. All of those rumors are officially debunked.

X-MEN: APOCALYPSE releases on May 27, 2016. GAMBIT is out on October 7, 2016.
