Even though Disney and Lucasfilm are not bringing Star Wars Episode VII to the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con International (it should be here next year), they have brought lots of stuff for their new animated series Star Wars: Rebels.
One of the main villains of the new series is The Inquisitor. He is not a Sith but he is a user of the Dark Side of the Force. He also has a new dual-bladed lightsaber and you can see it's cool spinning featuring in this clip from the show.
Star Wars: Rebels is coming to Disney XD this October.
