RUMOR: Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston Targeted For LEX LUTHER in BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN Movie

Sometimes a rumor hits the news wires and it is just too good to not write about regardless of the good or bad track record of the source of the report. This is the case with the new rumor of Warner Bros. wanting Breaking Bad actor Bryan Cranston for the role of Lex Luther in 2015's Batman/Superman movie.

The source of the rumor report is courtesy of one of the writers of the website Latino-Review (via MTV Splash Page), who was once known to hit on most scoops but is now known for many more misses. However, the writer has definitely nailed more of his casting scoops than anything else but still take Cranston as Luther with a grain of salt, too.

Is Cranston as Lex Luther a great idea? For sure. Is it a fantastic idea? If you don't answer 'hell yeah' to that then you need to watch Cranston play the anti-hero Heisenberg in Breaking Bad on Netflix right now. One final point of note is to say that Cranston is currently starring in Warner's Godzilla reboot so it really does makes sense why the studio could have an eye on the actor since he's in their bullpen right now... and the fact he's a multi-Emmy winning actor.

Stay tuned to the The Daily SuperHero as the rumor mill is literally on fire with Batman vs. Superman rumors since Comic-Con.
