It's been since October 2019 since we last head about a new GREEN LANTERN live action series that will be exclusive to the new streaming service HBO Max. Well, we have a little update from HBO Max head Sarah Aubrey, via TV Guide.
"Greg [Berlanti] said that I can share a few little tidbits about Green Lantern. We're in the early stages of talking to him about it, but he did say that the series, so far, will span several decades and focus on the origin story of two major Green Lanterns from Earth, while going into the story in space and Green Lantern favorite character Sinestro."
Without naming which two Green Lanterns she is referring to, it seems to make sense to assume how it could be Hal Jordan and John Stewart in some kind of space opera, buddy cop styled series.
No release date or timeframe on HBO Max has been revealed as of the time this post was published.
