JUSTICE LEAGUE Worldwide Box Office Nears a Half Billion

While most critics were harsh on JUSTICE LEAGUE, fans are continuing to ignore them and fill theaters as the DC superhero ensemble movie nears a half billion in global ticket sales. The reported $300 million budgeted movie currently sits with $481 million worldwide; nearing ever so close to the $500 million mark. This nears the film even closer to turning a profit as its reported break even mark is in the $550M–$650M range when marketing costs are added to its budget.

Domestically, this weekend JUSTICE LEAGUE took in an estimated $40 million in the 3-day frame. When extending the weekend into its 5-day holiday frame, the movie has took in $59 million. This brings its domestic total to $171 million, which is still way behind the $291 million MAN OF STEEL took in back in 2013.

Its worldwide total of $481 million is also trailing the $668 million MAN OF STEEL took in globally.
